The images are sourced from vintage photos, postcards,enhanced and restored copies of historical Edwardian / Victorian photographs and antique prints. The pictures show life in the British Isles in the 19th and early 20th century. On the surface it looked quite affluent but there were two levels of living, those who had and those who had not. The magnificent Victorian buildings showing prosperity but down the ladder life was very hard for the poor.
